ToadVille Bay Ltd was founded in 2019 with an ambitious vision: to create a roleplaying life simulator game inspired by Roblox titles Adopt Me and Welcome to Bloxburg. After years in development, the project took a bold new direction in Late 2023.

2019

Founded — The RPG Life Simulator Concept

ToadVille Bay Ltd was founded in 2019 with a vision to build a roleplaying life simulator inspired by Roblox titles Adopt Me (Uplift Games) and Welcome to Bloxburg — featuring home building, pet ownership, and open-ended social gameplay.

2023

First Impeachment & The Pivot

In August 2023 the first member was unanimously removed for leaking ToadVille Bay content. Later that year CEO Gabriel Medrano Gutiérrez pivoted the project from the RPG life simulator to a war campaign game with a freeroam option.

2024–2025

TBExit27, Second Impeachment & Roblox Pause

2024 introduced TBExit27 (planned US operations exit by 2027) and saw a second unanimous removal for leaking. In 2025, Roblox development was paused over platform integrity concerns and the Schlep Controversy.

Feb 2026

Migration to Unreal Engine 5

February 2026 brought the most consequential reset yet — ToadVille Bay left Roblox entirely and migrated to Unreal Engine 5, transforming it into a full standalone game development project.

Jun 2026

Crisis & Resolution

June 2026 brought a coup attempt against CEO Gabriel Medrano Gutiérrez fuelled by harassment, cyberbullying, and “fake game” rumours. The crisis was resolved — with four individuals permanently sanctioned from ToadVille Bay.
